Scrapbooking pictures were just as popular around 100 years ago as collectible pictures for soccer championships were in the 1980s.

The glossy images are usually arranged coherently as sheets. The various images are thus held together small paper joints. For use, the motifs must therefore be separated manually.

To give the images a special value, they are sometimes sprinkled with mica in silver and gold. The glitter and mica provides a special effect. Typical motifs in romantic style are oriented to the holidays and Christmas and Easter, tell fairy tales or depict animals and plants.
